President
Rudy Reyna
Rudy Reyna began his venture into the world of flooring as a laborer. A true master of his craft, meticulous to the nth degree; his attention to detail and unwavering goal of perfection did not go unnoticed. He was highly sought after on jobs as Field Superintendents knew his impeccable work would always result in a more than satisfied client. Working his way up the totem pole, Rudy eventually created his own company in 2000, which would then become RDR Flooring. Rudy is of the old fashioned mindset, that is, taking care of the customer. Rudy serves as President of RDR Flooring and through his hard work and perseverance he has instilled into his team that hard work does indeed pay off.

Dina Reyna
Chief Financial Officer
They say behind every great man is a great woman. RDR embodies this very notion. Dina has been the common denominator through the company’s growth and development. She serves as the crutch in the ever so demanding world of construction. For over two decades she’s handled all of the company’s finances, public relations, human resources, etc. As the company has grown from a few dozen workers to several scores, she has relinquished some of the demanding responsibilities and now oversees the company as CFO.
Dina has been married for over 30 years and has 3 children, all of whom work for RDR. She has 7 grandbabies who she absolutely adores and loves to spend time with.
Roddy Reyna
Chief Operations Officer
Roddy joined the United States Naval Academy after graduating from Brandeis High School. At the Naval Academy he starred at Safety for the Naval Academy football team. He would transfer to the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Science. Roddy interned with General Contractor Hensel Phelps and after completing his degree, Roddy returned to RDR Flooring to take over the reigns as Chief Operations Officer. A true leader, Roddy has been the driving force behind RDR’s surge into the world of Polished Concrete as his aspirations are to secure RDR as a cornerstone both locally and beyond.
Roddy is happily married with one son, Trine, and one beautiful daughter, Mila. You’ll find Roddy on the green in his spare time.
Jesse Vasquez Jr.
Director of Preconstruction
Jesse Vasquez received his Bachelor’s of Science in Math at UT and in Construction Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio in Construction Science. While at UTSA he interned with general contractors VCC & Turner, where he joined the latter’s Estimating Department after graduation. After delving into the Residential sector with Paul Allen Custom Homes, he later joined F.A.K. Commercial Painting as their Estimator until being sought after to spearhead the Preconstruction Department at RDR Flooring.
He oversees all takeoffs, pricing, bidding, handles Business Development and serves as unofficial Social Media coordinator,
In his spare time, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife, son, Jesse III, and keeping up with his Longhorns, Runners, Cowboys & Spurs.
Joseph Reyna
Project Manager
Joseph Reyna graduated from O’Connor High School. After high school, Joseph joined the National Guard. Soon after Joseph worked for the Union Pacific Railroad Company for 8 years as Manager of Train Operations. In late 2020, Joseph joined the family business as Project Manager. He oversees all Projects from allocating manpower, scheduling, procurement and safety.
When not hard at work Joseph loves spending time with his wife and 4 adorable children attending practices, games or coaching his kid’s T-Ball team.
Taylor Monroe
Superintendent
Taylor Monroe was born in Trinity, TX and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
He loves his wife Jessica and is a proud dad to 3 kids.
He spent some time in the Oil Fields prior to joining the construction industry. He has worked with several prominent general contractors in the greater San Antonio area and his expertise is in Resinous Flooring
In his spare time, Taylor enjoys time at the river, hunting and fishing with his Afghan Shepherd, Zoe. He is also a huge Astros fan.
Vidal Rosas
Superintendent
Vidal Rosas is one of the company’s longest tenured employees. He’s been with the company since its inception and worked side by side with Owner Rudy Reyna prior to RDR.
With over 20 years experience Vidal has climbed the ladder from laborer to foreman to now Superintendent. His hard work, perseverance and highly proficient skills embody what any company would love to have in each and every worker.
Eduardo Valenzuela
Warehouse Manager
Eduardo serves as the RDR Warehouse Manager. He oversees all crews and ensures they have all required material, equipment and tooling necessary to complete the required scope of work in a timely fashion.
His attention to detail and organization are what help to make him successful at coordinating the needs required between the office and warehouse to provide successful work for our customers.
Eduardo is also our Resident Chef. If you see any footage of food on our Social Media, chances are Eduardo had a hand in it.
Analyssa Reyna
Jr. Estimator
Analyssa serves as a Swiss Army knife and helps fulfill multiple roles as is the case with most small businesses. She helps the Accounting Department with Payables, Receivables, payroll, etc. She also helps the Preconstruction Department with Takeoffs, pricing and historical data. She’s been known to drive a forklift and get behind a grinder a time or two as well.
At home, Analyssa is mom to a handsome baby boy, Diego, and two fur babies, Lola, a Boston Terrier, and Luna, a Shih-Tzu.
David Davis
Lead Mechanic
David is RDRs lead mechanic. He worked at Boeing for over a decade as an aircraft mechanic prior to becoming self-employed. He has over 35 years of mechanical experience. RDR has an extensive fleet of vehicles and small engine equipment. David oversees their maintenance and longevity with a keen eye and attention to detail.
When David isn’t busting knuckles you can surely catch him on his Harley Davidson burning some rubber.
Gilbert Garcia
Warehouse Assistant Manager
Gilbert helps to facilitate the coordination of all Warehouse operations. From equipping our teams with required supplies, machines and tooling to keeping our fleet in order, he is a workhorse that keeps the RDR engine going.
When not at work, you’ll find Gilbert hanging with his family and working on his golf game.
Gabriel Garcia
Front Desk
Gabriel works the front desk and serves as our first responder as he disperses all inbound communication. He handles communication with the field, new hires, travel accommodations and anything else needed by the office.
Gabriel is happily married to his lovely wife, Chayanne, and together they have an adorable daughter, Arielle. He is also the current RDR Fantasy Football Champion.
Nikki Bailey
Bookkeeper
Nikki is the head of our Accounting Department and handles all accounting related activities ranging from Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll, Insurance, Billing, and Front End documentation. She also completes Prequalification Forms to ensure compliance with General Contractor’s requirements.
Nikki is a mom to 3 teenagers, 1 of which is still in High School. She enjoys spending time with her family and baking in her spare time.
